PAYMENT OPTIONS
Checks should be made payable to CC-M, Inc. Purchase orders are accepted from companies located in the U.S. and Canada, and they must include the purchase order number and the name of the authorizing agent. We accept Visa or Mastercard charges.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Normally we ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. Outside the U.S., orders will be shipped via air mail. Assuming no customs delays, allow up to four (4) weeks for our shipping date for overseas delivery. Within the U.S. and Canada, orders will be shipped via UPS ground service unless the customer requests otherwise. Overnight or second-day deliveries will be shipped the same day if we receive the request no later than 3 p.m. Eastern Time (2100 hrs.GMT)
15-DAY NO-RISK RETURN POLICY We are not happy unless you are completely satisfied with every item you purchase from CC-M. If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it within 15 days with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction and we will refund the price paid. Items returned for reasons other than damaged or incorrect shipment must be received in good condition, and in such cases the shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.
VIDEO FORMATS All programs are supplied in NTSC format unless customer requests PAL or SECAM. There is no extra charge for programs in PAL or SECAM.
